The BIG-Z GRM is a confidential channel through which project-affected people, communities, and the public can raise concerns or complaints about BIG-Z activities. Submissions may be made anonymously and will be handled in line with the project's GRM procedure.

Confidential: Personal information submitted here is treated as confidential and is only accessed by authorised PMT safeguards and GRM officers. Anonymous submissions are accepted.
